Very kind staff, service up to the level of the dishes I highly appreciated. You can tell that the raw ingredients are excellent and there is a desire to personalize even classic dishes. A real place, in a mainly tourist area. The price is obviously in line with the upscale local spots.

Curious about some articles I read on the web, I chose this newly opened bistro for dinner with a friend. I found an intimate atmosphere, a warm but discreet welcome, and a delicious culinary offering explained directly by the chef. Congratulations!

I admit I chose this restaurant because I was attracted by the beauty of the place and its central location. My partner and I had a cocktail on the lower floor, after which we went up to the upper floor where the restaurant is located. It's the same elegant environment as the lower floor, but with an open kitchen in sight. That’s when the first surprise happened: I recognized Chef Kassandra, as she participated in the latest edition of MasterChef. We ordered a tasting menu for me and à la carte for her. With every dish served, the chef always came out to explain why she created that particular dish and what was inside. I had booked a romantic dinner and ended up experiencing a wonderful culinary journey. The price was also a pleasant surprise — I expected much higher figures for such an experience! Highly recommended!

The aperitivo in the heart of the Duomo

Chef @kassandra_masterchef13 and her dessert Al Lieto Fine:
It's a dessert that encompasses all senses.
The crunchy and savory part is provided by the salted almond crumble. The sweet, creamy, and soft part comes from the diplomatic cream, ending with the tart component from the red fruit sauce. Each bite contains them all, giving the palate an explosion of contrasting yet balanced flavors.
